What is the minimum quantity I can order?
Most fully custom orders require a minimum of 250-500 units. Our Fast-Track MOQ is 50 units. There is no MOQ for adding your logo to one of our On-Hand Bags.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
Once your order is finalized, lead time is typically 90-120 days. If we add your logo to an existing product we have in stock, the turnaround is 3 weeks.
Do I receive a sample of my product prior to production?
Yes, you will receive samples of your bag until we get it perfect. Samples can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks depending on the materials we source. Please note that sample time is added on top of production time.
What are my payment terms?
You pay 50% at the start of production and 50% upon shipment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We also accept checks and ACH/wire payments.
What does my pricing include?
Your pricing is all-inclusive. We handle all the design work for the bag and packaging, digital mockups, shipping, tagging, and even product photography (upon request).
