Shipping policies and procedures

Pricing and Delivery

• Unless otherwise stated, the price of goods includes the cost of transportation to the customer's final destination.
• We offer two transportation options: Boat and Air Freight.

Boat Transportation

• Delivery Timeframe: 30-40 days from the completion of production.*
• Most cost-effective.

Air Freight

• Delivery Timeframe: 10-15 days from the completion of production.*
• Air Freight provides a faster delivery for those in need of expedited shipping.

Production Timelines

• Production timelines will be dependent on the product and order quantity.

Quantities less than 200 units

• Production Timeframe: On average, 20-30 days, after sample has been approved.

Quantities higher than 200 units

• Production Timeframe: On average, 30-60 days.

Communication with Customers

• Customers can expect their dedicated Uinta sales representative and project manager to provide the following information:

• - Production timelines and updates.
• - Shipping options and costs.
• - Shipping timelines and ETAs, tracking, and any related updates.

*Shipments may be subject to getting held at customs and add additional time.
